Angie didn't want me posting any pics of our cabinets until we had the drawer pulls on.

Occupancy Inspection Passed!
Things have been rather hectic this week. Our final inspection was yesterday the 25th of January. We started this adventure on January 2, 2012 when we met Dan and Steve out at our lot and started pulling tapes, staking out our house and measuring grade on our lot.
We have a lot of finished photos of the house we will publish, but right now we are busy moving!
Below is a picture of a Raccoon that Brodie treed in our backyard at our rental.

Today was a crazy day out at the house. I received a frantic call from my wife telling me the kitchen and pass thru pendants that we just spend a week and a half waiting for to be delivered wouldn't work. We also needed 70 light bulbs and some other items. Ended up finding new pendants at Lowe's and a crazy deal on bulk packs of light bulbs. Things are coming together real fast now. Tile, hardwood and carpet is installed. All of the cabinets and counter tops have been set. Appliances are on site, trim work is done, door hardware and bathroom fixtures are in. We have an occupancy inspection on the 25th, we are crossing our fingers that everything is good to go and we can move in next weekend!!!
The Schwing pumper truck has learned the way to our house. Seems like we've had to use it 6 times so far.

The Pantry
This was supposed to be an *E-space* but Angie has claimed it for her scrapbooking nook. I just hope it's enough room

Almost ready to *sweat* the deck
The kitchen sink in place before the granite counter tops are placed
This is how they do the *sweat* finish, I think it looks better than broomed. The secret is to have the same person sweat the whole pad.
